On May 31, I had jaw surgery because I had an awful over bite. We had planned it for about 2 years and when the day finally came i was excited to get it over with but nervous at the same time. In the surgery they moved my jaw forward and wired my mouth shut with rubber bands! They did another thing but i'm not quite sure what. It has taken me six weeks to recover and i still can't open my mouth all the way! I miss eating burgers and hotdogs! I hope to make a full recovery before school starts! I am still swollen but everyday I see improvements. xoxo
I thought it would take you a lot longer to recover when I saw this picture! You did great, and it won't be long now when you can even eat corn on the cob!
